Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the KAGE temporary HWID spoofer, license keys, loader, and dashboard (the "Service"). By buying a key or running the loader, you agree to these Terms.

1 · License keys

Each key is licensed to one PC at a time and is valid for its stated duration (30 days, 90 days, or 1 year). Keys are delivered instantly after checkout. Lost keys are not replaced — store yours securely. Key sharing, reselling without authorization, or chargeback fraud results in an immediate blacklist.

2 · The Service

KAGE provides a temporary, reboot-reversible hardware-identifier spoofer for Windows 11 (builds 23H2–26H2). Windows 10 is deprecated and unsupported. Spoofed identifiers restore to original on restart. We ship compatibility updates as anti-cheats evolve; coverage per game is published on the status page.

3 · Fees & refunds

Plans are billed upfront (one-time for the stated duration). Refund eligibility is narrow and technical: a refund is owed only if the loader fails to do its job — i.e. it does not rotate your hardware serials, verified by the built-in checker log reviewed with support. Request within 14 days of purchase with that log attached.

Detection is not a refund event. No spoofer on earth can guarantee 100% undetectability — anti-cheats update constantly and every provider gets hit eventually. If a title shows as detected on our status page at that moment, that is a known detection window, not a product failure, and it does not qualify for a refund. We publish detection state honestly and ship a fix as fast as possible; your key stays valid and usable for every operational title in the meantime.

Refunds are never granted for user error (launching before spoofing, reusing banned accounts or phone numbers, ignoring the guide), for bans that result from account behavior rather than hardware identification, or after a successful unban.

4 · Fair use

Unlimited re-spoofs means unlimited on your licensed PC for personal use — not key sharing across machines, not commercial redistribution. Abuse triggers a key reset warning, then termination.

5 · Termination

You may stop using KAGE any time. We may suspend keys for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.

6 · Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." Game publishers may ban accounts under their own rules — KAGE gives you a clean machine, not immunity for account behavior. Use a fresh account per the guide. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum necessary to deliver keys and keep the spoofer undetected.

What we collect

Account data — email, username, and billing details for key delivery.
License data — key status, activation hardware hash, spoof/checker event counts (no file contents, no browsing data).
Diagnostics — loader version, OS build, and anonymized failure logs used to fix bugs and track anti-cheat changes.

How we use it

To deliver keys, enforce one-PC licensing, provide support, and ship detection updates. We do not sell personal data. Spoofing itself runs locally — your identifiers never leave your PC.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain records while your key is active plus a reasonable window for refund and fraud review, then delete or anonymize.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Contact security@kagesec.com to exercise these rights.

Acceptable Use Policy

KAGE is a privacy and unbanning tool for your own machines and accounts. Violations may result in key suspension without refund.

You may not

Share, resell, or pool keys outside the authorized reseller program.
Reverse-engineer, crack, or redistribute the loader.
Use KAGE on machines you do not own or have permission to modify.
Chargeback after a successful unban — use the refund process instead.
Use KAGE to facilitate fraud, account theft, or any illegal activity.

Game-account reminder

Publishers own their ban decisions. Always spoof before launching and play on fresh accounts — reusing a banned account, phone number, or payment method will get the new account banned with or without a spoofer. That's account hygiene, not a product failure.

Reporting abuse

Report key leaks or cracked loaders to security@kagesec.com so we can kill abused keys fast.
